Hello my Hopefuls! At a point in my life I had no hope that things would change for me regarding my anxiety, depression and fear. That's why I call you all my hopefuls. You must have hope in order to overcome all those things. It may appear like you will never feel different or things will never change, but you will and things will absolutely get better.
